Returns



- Customers can request a return within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Return requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.



Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products



- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, missing item, or wrong product claims.

- The unboxing video must clearly show:

- The sealed package before opening.

- The shipping label.

- The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

- The damaged, defective, or incorrect product.



Refunds & Replacements



- After verification of the claim, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

- Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.



Non-Returnable Items



- Used products.

- Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.

- Return requests submitted after the 2-day return period.
